Today I want to show you the training pads that you might want to have for your own so you can train Muay Thai boxing at home with your friends, or teach your little boy boxing and introduce him to his sport world right from the beginning.

There are punching pads and kicking pads. I believe I already showed you the kicking pad earlier this month in the Black Outfit article. So I’ll just continue with the punching pads today.

However, the pads will be no use if you train alone. So first you should have a boxing partner to wear the pad and that’s better be someone who knows how to box and is familiar with boxing moves so you won’t end up hurting the person.
