Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

Items listed as "in stock" are typically dispatched within 24-72 business hours following payment clearance. All orders are shipped directly from our facilities in Thailand via International Registered Airmail.

Please refer to the stock status indicated on individual product pages. During peak seasons or for high-demand items, stock availability may fluctuate. For urgent orders, we recommend contacting our customer service team to confirm stock status prior to purchase.

Kindly note that manufacturing and shipping processes may experience delays of up to seven (7) days during Thailand's public long holidays, specifically in mid-April (Songkran Festival) and over the New Year period. Once your order is dispatched, the responsibility for delivery transfers to the Postal Services of Thailand and the postal authority in your designated country.

Shipping Address Accuracy

We exclusively use the shipping address provided by you during the checkout process on our website (MuayThaiGloves.com). Addresses provided through payment gateway websites (e.g., PayPal) will not be used for shipping. Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review this confirmation carefully and ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to prevent delivery complications.

Estimated Delivery Time

Following the dispatch of your order, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent. The standard estimated delivery time from Thailand is approximately 10-14 business days (roughly 2-3 weeks). Please be aware that delivery times may extend for some countries due to customs processing procedures specific to the destination country.

Track and Trace Your Order

Your shipping confirmation email will include a direct link to track your shipment's progress. Alternatively, should you require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team via email. We are committed to providing prompt support.

Unclaimed, Incorrect, or Insufficient Addresses

In instances where a shipment is returned to us due to being unclaimed by the recipient, or due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, a new shipping fee will be required to re-dispatch the order.

Customs Fees, Taxes, and Import VAT

EU Customers Please Note: MuayThaiGloves.com is not registered for the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) for VAT. Consequently, any applicable Import VAT must be paid by the customer upon the arrival of the goods in your country.

Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT levied by their country's authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Order Discrepancies & Issues

Missing Products

Upon receiving your shipment, please carefully verify that all ordered items have been included. Note: For larger orders, your items may be dispatched in multiple shipments, each with a separate tracking number, and may arrive at different times. For instance, in-stock products might be shipped first, with made-to-order or custom items dispatched subsequently. If you identify any missing items, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery.

Receipt of Incorrect Items

Should you receive an incorrect item (e.g., different model, color, or size than ordered), please contact our customer service team within five (5) days of delivery. To process your claim efficiently, please provide photographic proof of the incorrect item(s) received. Kindly note that sizing can vary slightly between different brands. If the size dispatched matches your original order specifications, a claim for incorrect sizing cannot be accepted.

Lost Shipments

A tracking number is provided for every shipment, allowing you to monitor its status via the Thailand Post website or your local postal service's online portal. If the tracking status indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend first contacting your local post office for immediate assistance. If your local post office cannot resolve the issue or advises you to contact the sender, we will initiate an investigation claim with Thailand Post. This formal investigation process is managed by Thailand Post and may take between 1 to 3 months to conclude. Proof, such as CCTV footage, may be required. The resolution of the claim will be based on the official findings of this investigation. Please note that claims for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery cannot be accepted. Should a package be returned to our facilities in Thailand, we will contact you promptly.

Return Policy

Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns for exchange (new size, style, or color) or refund within thirty (30) days from the date the product was delivered to the shipping address, provided the items are new, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

For Exchanges: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us and for the shipment of the new replacement product(s).

For Refunds: The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee to return the item(s). Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s) at our office, the value of the product(s) will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

***Important Note: Customized products, including those with special sizing or personalized elements, are non-returnable and ineligible for exchange or refund.***

When returning items, please clearly mark the package as "RETURN TO EXCHANGE" or "RETURN TO REFUND" as appropriate. Please be advised that the return process may encounter delays at Thai Customs, potentially requiring an additional 2-3 weeks for customs clearance.

Damaged Products

In the event of product damage (e.g., manufacturing defects, damage incurred during transportation, or damage apparent after first use), please email us to initiate a claim within thirty (30) days of receiving the product. As part of the claim process, you will be requested to provide photographic evidence of the damage and answer a few clarifying questions. Upon successful validation of the claim, a new replacement product will be dispatched to you at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, within forty-eight (48) hours of placing the order. We will verify whether your order (particularly custom products) has entered the manufacturing phase or has already been dispatched.

Order cancellation cannot be processed if the order has already been dispatched or if production of your custom product has commenced.

For approved cancellations resulting in a refund, please note that the payment gateway processing fee, equivalent to 5% of the total order amount, is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total.
