Beginners normally start with properly fitted boxing gloves and hand wraps. Muay Thai training may also require shorts and ankle supports depending on the gym and training level.

What size boxing gloves are suitable for kids?

Kids gloves on this page are available from 1 oz to 6 oz. Because children of the same age can have different hand sizes, always check the size guide and choose a secure, comfortable fit rather than relying only on age.
